Fuse is a different kind of mobile publisher. We almost hate using the most overused 'P' word in the video game industry – 'Partnership', but it really is the best way to describe our approach. Without true collaboration and transparency, the publisher developer relationship just doesn't work in mobile. Games are now an ever-evolving service, and to truly capitalize on that mentality a publisher and developer have to work in lock step. Publishing in this market is really about the optimal division of labor. Our partners make great games and we bring lots of players and ensure those games make the most money they can. You need some serious tools to do that, and we have them.

Our developers are the some of the best in the world at making great games. We know how hard that is to do and we have a ton of respect for it. It's up to us to help make a great game make a ton of money. To do that we like to get involved early and help define the economy, marketing pitch and scope of content so that too much money doesn't get spent before the game hits the market. From there we let our players tell us what to do next with their words (reviews, emails, etc.) and actions (analytics). All of this is displayed through our Fuseboxx, which our developer partners can log into whenever they want to. Of course it's up to the Fuse team to watch and interpret all of these results and provide our partners with regular tangible recommendations they need to keep games successful.

In the mobile app store world, visibility is everything. A game that isn't featured in the 'New and Noteworthy' or listed on 'Top Sellers' is destined to sink to the bottom with minimal downloads and revenue. If a game doesn't get to a high profile position in the store it might as well not exist.

It's our job to understand the mobile app markets and successfully navigate them. Once we get the visibility we need, then we work on extending the high revenue phase of each game to ensure each product lifecycle is as long as possible.

Game marketing is neither easy nor cheap. There are many marketing services available, but which ones should be used, how and when? Fuse evaluates all the options on an ongoing basis and maps out a detailed plan with our developers. And when we publish your game, you'll be able to leverage our growing portfolio of games that dramatically increase the visibility of your title. You get immediate access to the millions of players already playing our games. Once a game is on the market with lots of players, Fuse continues to analyze, segment and directly market to players to make sure they keep coming back.

As a developer partner, you'll get the benefit of our propriety Fuseboxx with every game. The Fuseboxx is a set of performance analytic tools, giving you the benefit of a real-time dashboard providing insight into active marketing efforts and detailed game performance. Performance knowledge is combined with industry knowledge and a strong history of traditional and mobile game publishing to ensure Fuse partners get the most from their games.

Please note: We are presently working with some of the best game developers in the industry and very discriminating about new partnerships. We have a rigorous evaluation process and look for win-win, long-term relationships with partners capable of making multiple games per year.
